No data is collected automatically beyond standard server access logs (IP address, browser, timestamp), which are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and send a project quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. It is stored in my email inbox (Google Workspace) and not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email tobias@tschmidt.io.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. A session cookie is used solely to prevent form spam (rate limiting) and expires when you close your browser.
